UID and RTE of India to Be the Largest Eco-Friendly Projects

UID and RTE of India to Be the Largest Eco-Friendly Projects
By Jose Roy

India would be spending in excess of $100bn on its two ambitious projects, Unique Identification cards (UID cards) and Right to Education (RTE) program in the next five years. The country’s UID project is aimed at providing multi-purpose identity cards to all its citizens to facilitate e-governance, and for ensuring national security. Likewise, the RTE intends to offer free education to all its children between 6 and 14 years of age with a promise of neighbourhood education that makes every child within 3km to avail of his/her educational rights. Though the UID program has given paramount importance to identity accountability of the country’s citizens, its larger goal would be to gradually wipe out paper currencies from its market. A mobile phone-based cash transaction with an upper limit on person to person money deals is likely to bring more transparency with minimal usage of paper currencies.

The identity card program has identified the possibility of making every transaction anything above a certain limit to be routed through either a credit/debit card or mobile phone tagged to one’s bank account; in either case the UID number will be the interface. The cost expended on the UID scheme is expected to be recovered through bringing in sizable transactions to book, reduction in expenditure on the mint and elimination of fake currency threat. On the other hand, the implementation of the RTE in the form of neighbourhood education in a country like India is an uphill challenge particularly because about 70 percent of the population live in remote areas. Therefore, the country cannot afford to waste money on brick and mortar model, and the only option available before them is to go in for e-education formula.

The e-learning initiative will help students to get rid of the burden of buying the text and note books every year and carrying them to school by making the entire study material open source. Similarly, the global tenders for a substantial number of e-note books will make them extremely cheap through economies of scale. The most cost-effective education program undertaken by government of India will ultimately help the next generation of the country to prepare themselves to take on the electronic age head on. The impact of both paperless projects by India is likely to transform the country to emerge as global leaders in environmental protection. Besides, it allows every citizen to partake in the massive exercise of protecting the environment with an extra guarantee on better living standards unlike some projects which often pile up agony to the country’s marginalized citizens in the name of development.

Life Preservation And Breeding Of Asiatic Lions In Gir National Park India

Life Preservation and Breeding of Asiatic Lions in Gir National Park India by David H. Urmann

Asiatic lions are now regarded as a nearly extinct species. This is why Gir National Park India aims to preserve and multiply its number by giving them a home. There are breeding programs and a 5-year interval census conducted to ensure the preservation of this species.

Gir Forest National Park & Wildlife Sanctuary is a wildlife sanctuary and forest located in Guajarat, India, about 65 kilometers southeast of Junagadh. It is also called Sasan-Gir. It was established in the year 1965. Its total area is estimated at 1412 square kilometers.

Gir National Park houses the Asiatic Lions. For this reason, the park is regarded as one amongst the most vital protected areas in Asia. With the efforts of its government forest department, this wildlife sanctuary is being successfully protected for its ecosystem – especially with its diverse fauna and flora. In fact, many NGOs and activists continue to fight for the protection of the species thriving here. This helped decrease the threat of slaughter to Asiatic Lions due to trophy hunting.

Records indicate that as of April 2005, the lion count in Sasan Gir National Park has increased to 359 as compared to the 327 of 2001. Since its inception, the total number of lions bred has been estimated at 180.

Gir Forest National Park Interpretation Zone
Since there are no designated areas for tourists in the park, they were able to decrease tourism hazard through the Interpretation Zone. Through this, they were also able to promote nature education. This is found still within the sanctuary – at Devalia.

The park has chained fences covering all habitat wildlife along its double gate entry system and feeding-cum-living cages meant for carnivores. The typical population inside the zone comprise of nearly 100 Bluebull or Nilgau, 100 spotted deer, 15 wild boars and 6 sambars as well as blackbucks. There are also many other reptilian and mammal species as well as birds.

Only a few tourists can enter the sanctuary. In fact, there are also designated routes for this. If you plan to visit Gir National Park, the best time to visit is actually any time except for the monsoon season.

Distribution, Population and Habitat for the Asiatic Lion
The habitat conducive for Asiatic lions should be an open deciduous forest or dry scrubland. The origin of these lions would be from Northern Greece, Southwest Asia or Northern Africa. In the wild, there are only 350 of its species – and all these are already in Gir Forest National Park.

There is actually a lion breeding program and many breeding centers who not only study the behavior of these Asiatic lions; they also aim to multiply their number via artificial insemination. A good example is Sakkarbaug Zoo found along Junagadh’s district headquarters. This breeding center alone was able to breed about 180 lions. Amongst them, 126 of pure Asiatic lions were distributed to zoos all over India and abroad.

Counting and census of these lions are conducted every 5 years. Methods that involve the use of pugmarks are adapted. It was only during the April 2005 census when they used the “block-direct-total count” method, wherein, about 1,000 volunteers, experts and forest officials gave a hand to make these possible. The method only emphasized on Asiatic lions they can spot visually. They used live bait to lure the Asiatic lions. However, this method was afterwards ruled out by the Gujarat High Court.

MCSE Certification provides detailed information on MCSE Certification, MCSE Certification Training, Online MCSE Certification, MCSE Certification Exam and more. If you pay for the listing, you will continue to receive phony bills, and you may even begin to receive new bills for even more phony services. In the “Add Directory” dialog box that appears, enter the path of the new directory. The mandatory fulfillments for getting certified include work experience in a networking environment and the passing of seven exams that include operating systems, design and electives. Unfortunately, unscrupulous telemarketers use illegal tactics anyway, because they know that most consumers are ignorant of the law.

When a file changes, the OS sends a change notification to the Indexing Service, causing it to update the index. The good part about the design option is that the student has a number of options to choose from. When other webmasters stop by the article directory in search of news for their site, they may be inclined to use your work on their website.

When submitting to directories always make sure to check what kind of links they are accepting, or browse through the categories, and make sure that the links are good links, and not negative links that the search engines would not highly value, and some of these links could be gambling, sex, drugs, or anything to that nature cause a lot of search engines don’t like these type of websites well I shouldn’t say like, but don’t value them as much. If you pay for the listing, you will continue to receive phony bills, and you may even begin to receive new bills for even more phony services. Elective subjects for each candidate also sometimes are benefited by term papers submitted before each level of examination. The good part about the design option is that the student has a number of options to choose from. If you want to index everything, open the “Computer Management” application as described above, and select “Services …”, then right-click on “Indexing Service” and select “Properties” in the popup menu. If you have not already done so, go online and register at the US Federal Trade Commission Do Not Call listing.

The remaining exams for the network system itself are courses 2153 and 2154. The Indexing service is designed to run continuously and requires no maintenance. IP routing, security addressing and naming services come under exam-70-216. The design exam comes with a number of options which cover Designing a Microsoft Windows 2000 Directory Services Infrastructure, Designing a Security-Enhanced Microsoft Windows 2000 Network, Designing a Microsoft Windows 2000 Networking Services Infrastructure, Designing a Highly Available Web Infrastructure, Designing a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory and Network Infrastructure and Designing Security for Microsoft Networks.

File a formal compliant with the FTC online, and keep a record of the phony bills and the complaint. The “Indexing” slider control sets how quickly the catalog will be updated. But term papers are not always an important part in MCSE certification and training. Having said that, the more popular of the elective exams, which doesn’t necessarily mean they are the easiest ones, are System Administration for Microsoft SQL Server 7.0, which has been a staple for years, Implementing a Database on Microsoft SQL Server 7.0, which is usually taken with the other SQL exam, thus completing the elective section, Implementing and Managing Microsoft Exchange 2000, which has been another long time staple and finally its cousin, Designing Microsoft Exchange 2000 for the Enterprise.

Interior Design Courses in India
By Benny Balneg

Choosing to undertake design courses is much easier than it used to be. Whereas such courses were not common career moves in years gone by, they are today because the demand for such a service had increased dramatically.

You can find good education no matter where you are in the world but few countries seem to have embraced it as much as India. However, interior design courses in India seem to be a little neglected in terms of the coverage offered on the Internet these days so this article offers a guide as to where you can find the best courses and get the proper education that you need in order to forge a successful career in the field.

Why Choose Interior Design Courses?

They are widely available in all areas of India these days but before you look at them on an individual basis, you need to seriously think about what you want to achieve from the course. Few people look for interior design courses in India unless they actually want to embark on a career in the field in the first place but there are numerous areas within the course itself to choose from.

Courses in design are purposely formulated to offer the students on them the skills they need, both practical and in theory, to do the best job they can and succeed in the industry. As such, you should be looking for courses that cater for the requirements of a specific field. For example, you may choose a career in planning and organizing in residential dwellings. Alternatively, you may choose to go into the more commercial side of interior designing and thus into retail, theatre, conferencing or any number of other industries. Always check out your options in the individual areas before applying for various courses.

Available Indian Courses In Interior Design

There are numerous interior design courses in India and course providers are located all over the country. As such, geography may determine the availability of a course for you. However, if geography is no object then check out all of your options before deciding. The following is effectively a summary of the course availability.

First of all, Mumbai has the greatest choice of design courses in India. There are specialist courses offered at the EDIT Institute, SNDT Women’s University, Rachna Sansa School Of Interior Design, Sophia College B. K. Somani Polytechnic, Nirmala Niketan College Of Home Science and J. J. School Of Arts. All offer a range of interior design programs that introduce students to the basics of the trade and some more advanced techniques that will be required to enhance your portfolio and help you to stand out from the crowd.

There are also interior design courses available in Calcutta at the Anima Institute of Fashion and the Birla Institute of Liberal Arts and Management Sciences; in Channai at the College of Art and Design at the University Of Madras; in New Delhi at the Apeejay Institute of Design and the South Delhi Polytechnic for Women; and in Ahmedabad at the School of Interior Design. Of course, there are also other courses elsewhere in the country. For example, Bangalore is a haven for such courses and has some of the best schools in the country but it is not the only area of the country to produce some of the most talented interior designers. The trick is to find the best course for you out of those that are conveniently located. Then you have to commit to making your love for designing a viable career.

The School of Interior Design features the best interior design schools and alternative education on your way to become a designer in the future. Visit the site at http://www.schoolofinteriordesign.org/ to learn more about interior design schools.

Suzuki’s Sale In India Come Under Threat By New Honda Cars

Suzuki’s Sale In India Come Under Threat By New Honda Cars by Anna Stenning

Car manufacturers are changing their tactics and developing new strategies to increase sales in the current climate. One very important market for cars is India, where the order of the day is small and efficient cars.

One company that is planning to get in on this new market is Honda, who has made the commitment to produce and manufacturer a range of cars specifically for the Indian market. The second largest manufacturer in Japan has not been known for its range of smaller cars, but it has now announced that the next generation of Honda cars will be designed to appeal to this market.

The small car market counts for about 73 percent of the overall car market within India, which is densely populated with motor vehicles. The company already holds a good proportion of the market although not as good as Suzuki who are stated as having a 50 percent share of the country’s overall market sales.

Honda had initially been expecting a 20 percent drop when the credit crisis hit, but initial projections have proved to be incorrect and it is hoped that the new small Honda cars will help the company wrestle some of the market back from their Japanese counterparts.

The strategic move by the company might come as a bit of a shock. Although some of Honda cars are quite small with the Jazz and the Civic headlining their smaller range, they are still quite large in comparison to their European counterparts, who have a range of cars like the Mini and the Fiat 500.

If the company wants this new range of Honda cars to compete with the European models or the Suzuki Swift, then not only will some changes need to be made, but also the cost of the cars will have to be modified as they aren’t known for being that cheap to purchase. Instead they are considered more of a luxury item, with good economic and efficiency values.

The company have stated that they plan to release the new Honda cars at an affordable price, where it should work out at the same cost as the annual wage for the average worker. Whether or not this will prove to be a success only time will tell. It really will depend on what the consumers are getting for their money and if Honda plan to scale back in certain areas, what areas. Hopefully the company will continue to offer a competitive range of efficient cars that will enrich the car crazy culture of India, but it remains to be seen whether they will be able to overhaul Suzuki’s strangle hold on the country’s car market.

Anna Stenning is a motoring journalist with many years of experience in the motor industry. Find out more about Honda cars at http://www.hondainchcape.co.uk
